G5NB, G5Q, G2RL, and G5PZ |
Omron’s platform relay families, G5NB, G5Q, and G2RL have been expanded to add explosion-proof ratings (IEC/EN60079-15) to varying models across the product families. The explosion-proof certification provides a guarantee that the relays will not cause ignition of flammable gasses when switching in such environments. Omron is heavily focusing on the expansion of like-certified relays to support the transition to low Global Warming Potential, “Green” Refrigerants. These refrigerants include semi-flammable variants that must be designed with components that prevent against their ignition. Omron’s platform relays can support explosion-proof switching from 3A to 16A for both 1formA and 1formC requirements.

The G6RN-E relays provide a miniature PCB terminal relay option for designs requiring 10A (250VAC) switching current capability. G6RN-E is a high-capacity, explosion-proof addition to the G6RN family, providing conformation to IEC/EN60079-15. These new models are ideal candidates for switching in flammable gas environments. They offer high dielectric strength and electrical endurance under their rated loads. |

The new D2EW switches are part of the smallest class in the industry along with the D2GW series (8.3mm×7.0mm×5.3mm) With an IP67 rating, (excluding terminals on terminal models) this switch is ideal for places subject to water spray or excessive dust. Additionally, the D2EW plunger shape supports multi-angle operation without using a lever, increasing flexibility in customer unit designs. |

The EE-SX4330 is a transmissive photomicrosensor manufactured by OMRON. It features an ultra-compact slot design with a width of 3mm, making it suitable for a variety of applications. The sensor is a surface-mount device (SMD) type with a photo IC output, allowing for easy integration into electronic systems.
